About Dr TW Chen

Based in Taipei, Taiwan and London, UK, Dr Chen is an multi-media artist who is interested in cross-cultural issues.
She is also very active in arts education for all ages ( e.g. early years, KS1-5, higher education, the elders) and all groups (e.g. schools, communities, care homes, special needs etc.).
